Art Raffle & Classic Zentangle Class

Just finished a class where I showed how to use the Art Raffle app in the new Guided mode (pulls only a string and a few tangles).

I started the class by giving an overall tour on how to use the app, and then we proceeded to the practical session.

In this mode, the app will give you first several options of Strings. Once you choose that, it will move on to Tangles (no Art Enhancers in this mode). These are the two first ones we pulled out, Cursive Letter String and Yincut tangle (Zentangle).

After pulling two more tangles with the raffle (TunnelVizion and Swerve, both deconstructed by Jody Genovese), we proceeded to shading.

I showed two tactics for shading WITHOUT a light source, much in sync with the classic Zentangle method.

Was a super fun and relaxed class, I felt so wonderfully calm afterwards!
