Hollis, Moon Pie and Toobs
This insanely crazy piece was inspired by Zentangle's latest Project Pack #20, where Rick and Maria use Hollis and Moon Pie to form a Blossom tangle. Not being quite in the mood to use a Zendala, I started the project over a Phi tile. Here's a short step-out:
I also used fancy version of Toobs (Angie Gittles) combined with Zander. You can see how the Toobs is curving around a-la-Hollis, which comes more in focus as the spaghetti strands reach towards the bottom.
But it wasn't enough to embellish Toobs, I also added a Bejeweled version of Moon Pie (or Fishskirt) in between branches. And finally also added some Travel (Jodi Genovese) at the top. Whew!!!! Overwhelm!!!! Here's another picture:
