Classic Zentangle Breather with Art Raffle

Sometimes you just have to take a moment to breathe in between the madness. That's what Art Clubbers and I did yesterday. After being done with the Woven Tangles series, we are starting a new thing: a Classic Black & White Zentangle session using the Art Raffle app in between EACH series of the club. This will allow Clubbers time to breathe, time to catch up on their classes and to experience the magic of Classic Zentangle.

The app selected a “Complex String” which to me means a crazy string with a lot of different sections.

The first tangle we used was Prasima, a high focus ribbon tangle deconstructed by myself.

After that, we used Ravel and Pokeleaf (both by Zentangle) and even a low contrast Ibex (also Zentangle):

Was a super fun class and it was amazing to see what the Clubbers did, each person with a different style!

I really enjoyed this and hope that these Classic Black and White sessions in between series will work out.
