Neuron and Inner Light

Still basking in the wake of the wonderful challenge exploring color from last week, and trying to catch up with one of the many challenges I committed to this year (what was I thinking!), here is my submission for Inner Light theme.

Additionally, I'm exploring Echo Lines, the topic for my next ebook (coming out in about two weeks). I'm in love with Echo Lines! They can produce the most lovely shapes and curves of beauty. Here is the line art:

I added the other tangles using brown pen to purposely create contrast with the Echo Lines. 

I colorized the Echo Lines and tangles with distress ink markers using a mix of Jo's technique explored last week and pencil shading:

I really like how the Neuron seems to form a grid-like pattern over a lit window (Inner light).
