More Floo-ish and Squid

This is an interesting picture because I started it with every intention of completing it entirely in Procreate, but after the line-art was done, I felt the urge to shade it with a regular pencil.

So I printed the line-art out on a piece of cardstock paper and shaded it with pencil, also reinforcing some of the lines that got faded during printing with a regular inking pen. Here's a step-out:

In a way, it took me longer to do all that than to actually draw it normally! But on the other hand, I got hours and hours of Zenflow.

One of the variations of Floo-ish (Zentangle) that I showed in last week's class was combining the tangle with Squid (also Zentangle).

A super fun project. Would I do it again? I am not sure. I feel that it's more fun to draw in ink and shade in procreate!
