Shoufleur, Turkital, Marola and more

Early this morning Alan and I released a new version of the Art Raffle, and in it a few interesting tangles, I couldn't resist.

Using the string “Pile-up”, I added Marola (my own deconstruction here), Shoufleur and Turkital (Jenna Black) and Bailarine (a tangleation between Drawings and Ungto Turn). Here's the before and after:

Although a little austere, I love the results, was very fun to play with all these tangles. Here's a close-up:

These Zentangle tiles must be magic, whenever I feel there is no more room for anything else, somehow they manage to get more and more. Sheesh! Tangles are Phossil, Zentwining (Lynn Mead), a marine version of Mooka with some Fancy Caps and Opus.

This one had a “less loved” start with Zenith and sat on my desk for a long time. Suddenly the thing just came to life with Phossil, Zentwining and some Fancy Caps! Now it's one of my favorites. Just to show, don't give up on your less loved tiles.
