How to reset my password on the Teachable Lesson site

Since March 2019, my full video lessons are hosted by Teachable.com. If you lost your password, the first thing to do is to try to retrieve it on your own:

Step 1: Click on Forgot Password at the sign in page

The first stop is to go to the sign in page here: http://enioken.teachable.com/sign_in. Click on the “Forgot Password” link located on the page.

Step 2: Enter your email

Enter the email you used to purchase the lesson. If you are an Art Club member, then use the email you used to sign up. Keep in mind that, if you have more than one email, you might have to try the process over again using your other email addresses.

After entering the email address, the system will show you a screen like this:

Step 3: Open your email inbox and click “Change Password”

As a security measure, the system will send you an email to the address entered. Open your normal email inbox and locate the reset email. It should look something like this:

Step 4: Change your password

Click or tap on the “Change my Password” button, and that should open a new web page. Change your password to something you can remember (and write it down). Confirm the password. Now you are ready to login in again!
