Nebel Challenge

Nebel is a very organic and fun tangle that I've been playing casually lately (over black tile here, and over watercolor here). This week it's the focus of the Shading Zentangle® Facebook group challenge. It's an interesting tangle to shade, because it doesn't have specific shapes to follow, it's very organic. Because of the organic nature of the tangle, I decided to create a simple monotangle, so that I could really explore and understand the shapes. The secret is to look for the corner and crevices and the shapes naturally will show up:

Now that I understand this tangle more, I hope to be able to push the boundaries a little bit in my next tile.
