Inktober Day 11 Fengle
I normally don't participate this much in Inktober Tangles, but this year the muse seems to find ton of inspiration in the list of tangles prepared by Stephanie Jennifer's PDF download.
Day 1 1: Fengle
Fengle (Zentangle) is not a tangle that I have used extensively, I used it somewhat but not lately. So it was fun to explore this tangle again. Here's the before and after:
This is in my usual favorite black and white style. I LOVE it when the tile turns out with so much movement, like captured mid-action. Here's a close-up for you to inspect:
Feel free to share or pin these images.
While Alan and I are safe from the recent Los Angeles fires, some of our loved ones were affected in a most brutal way, losing everything. I am extremely thankful that everyone is healthy and safe, but I have not had the emotional space to create any drawing or painting. The only thing I barely feel like making right now is some canvaswork embroidery which brings me comfort and reminds me of my grandmothers. This little canvas measures 4x4 inches.
