C-Perfs and Twisted Rope

"It's a String Thing" challenge is completing number #200! The focus tangle is C-Perfs, a tangle deconstructed by Adele Bruno, organizer of the challenge. 

Since I'm in a "Twisted Rope" mode, I decided to combine the two:
