Lantern Pendant with tumbled stone

Sheesh, this year is passing by so quickly! It's almost summer. Sweeping changes!

This is a piece I recently made as a birthday gift: I was given a simple tumbled pebble, which I used for the focal -- I have no idea what the stone is, but it seems like some kind of agate). The cage was constructed with a spider web weaving around the pebble to hold the stone in. The necklace was strung with matching precious and mixed media beads.

The design of the focal reminds me of some kind of lantern, so I name it appropriately...

"Shine Bright, my Guide" necklace: tumbled stone (unknown), vermeil beads, goldfilled wire, smokey quartz, whiskey quartz, citrine, wood, tiger eye, agate.
