B'dylan and Echoism on Dark

After a super intense week moving to a new home, I finally managed to sit down to create my first tile in the new place. It felt so lovely!!!!

Last week's Shading Zentangle FB group challenge covered B'dylan tangle (deconstructed by Mary Beth Schoonover), while this week's tangle is Echoism.

This picture started as a simple study of B'dylan on dark tile. It was very difficult to shade, since it's so thin and delicate. Here are my preliminary studies shading this tangle:

When tangling on black tile it's impossible to shade it the same way, so here is my Glow on the Dark version of B'dylan:

And here is another view of the final picture, combined with Glow on the Dark Echoism:
