Peanuckle and Rope

I'm working on this really looooong project with distressed inks since the release of my latest video on Distressed Tiles. The project is going well, but it's so long, I figured I could take a breather and play a little with a regular Zentangle tile.

I used a slightly different method of shading, using a black colored pencil and a alcohol ink blending pen. The blending pen has a brush tip like a brush marker and spreads the colored pencil around like butter, really smoothly.

I used tangles Peanuckle and Mooka3D, and also a bit of my Twisted Rope in the center. Really fun to add all that contrast!
