Today I want to show you a little project that I've been working on for a couple of months. I took one of the pictures I created during the Tangling on Distressed Tiles and create this GORGEOUS scarf. I was hoping that all the ones I ordered would be here for mother's day, but oh well, didn't happen.

It took me some time looking for the right supplier, and settled with Canadian Art of Where. (If you know of a better one, please let me know). The scarf came packaged in a little gift box:

The first thing you see when you open the box is the "scarf care instructions" printed on fabric, which I thought was pretty original:

The scarf itself comes neatly folded in the box:

The store offers 3 different types of fabric, Silk Habotai, Silk Chiffon and the Silk Charmeuse. I got the Silk Habotai, and I've already purchased another few ones in Silk Chiffon as gifts. I'll let you know if I like it better than the Habotai.

The colors are a little lighter than my original drawing because the fabric is a bit sheer, bit it's just SOOOOOO lovely.

The scarf is rectangular and measures 72x16 inches. If you would like to get a scarf like this, please visit my page at the Art of Where.
